The camper will be warmer inside when you have the Thermal Pack option installed, the camper will stay a bit darker in the morning when the sun is coming up, and it is also a good sound barrier in case you have noisy neighbors at the campsite next to you. The Thermal Pack can be left in the camper year round, removed when you want, and the camper roof will still go up and down when the thermal pack is installed.

The folding steps, when folded down, provide access to cargo on the roof. The steps are not to allow access to walk on the roof as our roofs are NOT designed to be walked on. If you don’t plan to put any cargo on the roof, no problem; we’ve used the steps as bottle openers.
The display uses a modern, user-friendly interface and features an easy to understand system layout. Ditch the Crank Handle and use this Drill Adapter to easily raise and/or lower your jacks with the use of your 3/8″ or 1/2″ power drill. Reduce the fatigue of cranking with the drill adapter with the no-slip shank.
We’ve been using this locking mechanism for over 40 years, and it works great! Our Four Wheel Campers roof is held down using 6 latches. We mount the latch to the camper and it attaches to the “Catch” mounted on the camper roof.
